A huge thank you to Thrivent Financial for Lutherans for partnering with Christ the King Lutheran Church and donating 69 elementary,
middle and high school backpacks filled with supplies for the new school year! Our low income Families were able to
receive these bags filled with 21+ grade appropriate supplies for the new school year! Thanks again Bonnie Immeker,

Tri-City Volunteers would like to give a special thanks to the SF/Bay Area chapter of Afghan American Muslim Outreach.
As part of their observance of Ramadan, the group from AAMO generously donated and bagged non-perishable food for 200 families.
It was a wonderful event for all; we look forward to future events with this amazing organization!

Tri-City Volunteers would like to thank Silvia and the team from RHI for a wonderful volunteer event. They made over 500 bags of non-perishable food items in one short afternoon! It was an outstanding team effort.
 
Our friends at Keller Williams joined us for an amazing group event as part of their annual Red Day http://www.kw.com/kw/redday.html !! 36 Keller Williams team members spent the day strengthening our community by volunteering in our food bank and thrift store. We can't thank they enough for their commitment to giving back.

Another terrific event with Dell Services!!!
 
 
We would like to give a special thanks to Ajita and the team from Dell Services.
This is the second team event Dell has coordinated with us and we hope for many more.
In one short afternoon they filled 11 bins with bags from our non-perishable food programs,
which will help us feed hundreds of households. We salute their commitment to serving our community!
 
 
 
We were able to collect 450 new book donations to hand out to our 5-12 year old attendants while they let their imaginations soar with our Dr. Seuss themed educational activities! Thank you again to all our supporters for making this great day possible and making learning and education more accessible to our clients.
Girl Scout Troop 33030 teamed up with their classmates at Parkmont Elementary to collect food donations as well as childrens books for our March 24th literacy event. Thank you girls for all your hard work!
 
 
**Mission San Jose, Fremont High School, Moreau Catholic High School, Dublin High School, Monte Vista High School, James Logan High School, Dougherty Valley High School, Irvington High School, and Foothill Middle School were represented**
